Before you make a reservation you should read these Terms and Conditions carefully. All bookings delivered directly by Sundog Huskies follow these Terms and Conditions.
1. Bookings
For our direct booking guests, Sundog Huskies will confirm the booking via email or WhatsApp. We also accept last-minute reservations and bookings via phone calls up to 2 hours before.
2. Changes and cancellations
For changes and cancellations, please inform [email protected]. The requested changes or cancellations are subject to the written approval of Sundog Huskies.
3. Cancellation contidions
You can cancel your booking by sending us an email to [email protected], via WhatsApp or by phone call.
We kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer make it to your booking. As a small family-run business, every reservation matters to us, and cancellations in advance help us plan our work with the dogs. Thank you for understanding!
With complete cancellation the following terms apply:
Cancellation more than 7 days before listed departure time, full refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before listed departure time, 50% refund.
Cancellations 24 hours before listed departure time, no refund.
4. Cancellations and changes made by Sundog Huskies
If we have to cancel a confirmed program due to the weather conditions, and are unable to reschedule the booked program we will refund 100% of the total booking sum.
5. Photos and videos
During our husky safaris and other activities, we may take photographs and videos to share our experiences and promote Sundog Huskies on our website, social media, brochures and other marketing materials.
We respect our guests' privacy. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your image used, please contact us in writing at [email protected] before your visit. You may also inform our team upon arrival. We will do our best to respect your wishes and ensure your images are not used for promotional purposes.
All photographs, videos, graphics and other media created by or for Sundog Huskies may not be copied, modified, distributed or used by other individuals or organizations without prior written permission from Sundog Huskies.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Liability and risk
Please be aware that northern Scandinavia is a wilderness area where risks may occur during outdoor activities. Before booking, please consider your physical fitness and personal limitations to ensure that you can safely participate.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or health concerns that could affect your safety during the activity. This allows us to assess the situation and, where possible, make appropriate arrangements.
All participants must pay attention to and follow the instructions given by the guide throughout the activity.
Participation in our activities is at your own risk. Sundog Huskies cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, accidents, injuries, illness or other incidents, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Participants are responsible for using our equipment carefully.
We strongly advise against the participation of pregnant individuals in our activities, especially beyond the halfway point of pregnancy or if there have been any unusual small complications.
We strongly recommend having suitable travel insurance, including cancellation, personal liability, medical and personal belongings coverage.
